Skydiver

a project done for my color theory class. the project was supposed to be 3 pictures with 3 different color schemes, & I chose to do a mini comic. ^^

the first page is supposed to be all shades and tones. for the second page, I had to pic a non-contemporary piece of art & use colors from that in my pic (you can find the painting I used here [link]) for the last page, I just had to use very saturated colors & tints. I forgot to color his goggles in the third page, hopefully no one will realize that until they read this comment. XD

I haven't taken any sequential art classes yet, so my storytelling skills aren't all that great. if you can't tell what's happening, here's the story: he's supposed to be skydiving, but he's too afraid to jump. then, another diver just kicks him out of the plain. XD now, he's falling, & at first he's terrified, but then he starts to enjoy it. in the last page, he lands, looks up at the sky, and is glad he did it. ^_^
